That I am constantly learning and improving the skills and industry knowledge I need to advise our investment team.  This is thanks to the variety of my work, which spans multiple sectors and geographies, combined with the creativity and brilliance of the people I work with - in both our investment and portfolio teams.

WHAT’S BEEN THE STEEPEST LEARNING CURVE ON YOUR CAREER JOURNEY SO FAR?

Moving from private practice to inhouse legal counsel at Eight Roads was a moment of real progression in my career.  It meant a transition from offering purely legal advice, to being part of the journey itself, which requires an appetite for risk-taking that has been exciting.
