Divesh began his career as a Research Analyst and transitioned into regional sales and business development roles at Evalueserve and The Smart Cube (now part of WNS). He then joined Diageo as a Product Owner and Strategy Lead, where he designed and executed the roadmap for business transformation programs across APAC and Africa, focusing on new technologies, process methodologies, and architectural frameworks.

Divesh has been working with startups, partnering with founders to strategize on talent capital and hiring. He is a valued resource to our portfolio companies advising them on their talent strategy.

He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia University.
