As we kick-off a new year, we’re pleased to announce four Partner promotions effective January 1, 2021. Globally, Eight Roads Ventures now has 19 Partners.

Aditya Systla joined Eight Roads Ventures India in 2015 as an Associate, after spending eight years as an investment banker and private equity investor based in New York and India. He has been instrumental in building the fund’s network, team and has supported several investments including MoEngage, Securonix, Shadowfax, Toppr, Unbxd, and Whatfix. Aditya will continue to support investments in technology, consumer and financial services while mentoring and providing leadership to the growing investment team.

Betty Cai joined Eight Roads Ventures China in 2011 as an Associate. Aside from sourcing, managing, and exiting investments, she provides leadership to the consumer investment team, coaching and mentoring our junior team members. She lives our values and has helped build our brand and our network relationships in the consumer/ consumer tech sector in China.

Ju Zhang joined Eight Roads Ventures China in 2017 as a Principal after 5 years in the VC industry. Having spent close to 20 years in the tech industry, Ju leads enterprise technology, with a focus on enterprise operations technology and prop-tech across China. Ju is active in the tech communities, helping to establish and promote the firm’s brand amongst tech entrepreneurs and peers in the tech industry.

Lucile Cornet joined Eight Roads Ventures Europe in 2015 as an Associate. Lucile has a special focus on software and fintech sectors and has been the lead investor in a number of investments for the firm, including in Spendesk, Thinksurance, and Compte-Nickel. She is also a board member at VIU Eyewear, OTA Insight and Fuse Universal.
