Curiosity and self-fulfillment. I enjoy the process of learning and the feeling that I’m doing better than before.  

WHAT’S BEEN THE STEEPEST LEARNING CURVE ON YOUR CAREER JOURNEY SO FAR?

It actually dated back to my graduate school. My Ph.D. training had been quite extensive that I started to think and act independently, searching the literature, designing & conducting experiments, seeking collaborations, and delivering the results. The can-do spirit inspired by my mentor has shed light on my whole career development.

Those new technologies that enabling novel drug discovery and development to tackle the long-waiting biological abnormalities.
