What’s been the steepest learning curve on your career journey so far?

Transitioning from a deal-advisory consultant to an investor has been a great learning experience. Shifting from focusing on uncovering value creation for large clients to understanding a nascent company’s vision and its potential to disrupt an established industry or create a new one altogether has been enlightening.

Which global tech trend are you most excited about at the moment and why?

Quite excited about the surge of cognitive technology like AI, ML, and IoT. These technologies are increasingly solving problems more efficiently and quickly while enhancing customer experience and lowering costs. It is amazing to see legacy businesses rapidly adopting this tech to innovate and drive efficiencies.
