I am excited by the opportunity to engage with driven and capable entrepreneurs, who are hustling to solve complex problems in truly innovative ways. Their passion and hunger inspire me to achieve excellence and support their vision.

What’s been the steepest learning curve on your career journey so far?

The switch from being a consultant to an investor has been a steep learning curve. Going from driving change in large, well-established organizations as a consultant to being an investor in India’s dynamic start-up ecosystem has been a challenging but exciting journey.

Which healthcare trend are you most excited about at the moment and why?

The use of technology and digitization to bridge key gaps in India’s healthcare ecosystem – such as preventive care, insurance, healthcare delivery etc. is an exciting and evolving trend in healthcare. Moreover, the focus on improving access to healthcare with improved clinical outcomes is immensely fascinating.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

The best piece of advice for me has been on the importance of perseverance. One will always have bad days or weeks, and will always make mistakes, but it is crucial to learn from those experiences and move forwards and upwards.
