What motivates you?

My biggest motivation is the idea that the best investment for a venture capital fund could outperform the rest of the fund combined. Imagine being a part of such a journey!

What’s been the steepest learning curve on your career journey so far?

Running my own startup taught me invaluable lessons about the importance of people, processes and persistence. Being an ex-entrepreneur will hopefully help me be more empathetic towards entrepreneurs that I will interact with as an investor.

Which tech trend are you most excited about at the moment and why?

Technology is democratizing. Natural language processing, no-code platforms, multilingual apps, consumerization of enterprise technology, etc. are all increasing accessibility to technology and pushing the boundaries of social and economic growth.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

Anyone who stops learning is old, whether that's at twenty or eighty. Anyone who keeps learning stays young.
