The prospect of backing entrepreneurs & teams delivering real solutions to tough problems – which shapes how India functions over the next generation, benefiting employment, quality of life and economic opportunities.

What’s been the steepest learning curve on your career journey so far?

Going from advising large corporations on their M&A journey, to walking the path alongside their execution journey is a learning curve that has been extremely rewarding for me.

Which healthcare trend are you most excited about at the moment and why?

The trend I’m most excited by is the shift from reactive care to personalized, preventive healthcare. I’ve always been fascinated by why we are the way we are, and wearables, trackers, and biomarker data are making health feel less like a black box. Especially in India, the opportunity to give people more agency over their health – while enabling earlier, more data-informed clinical decisions – feels incredibly powerful.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

Optimize for learning and mentorship – the problems you choose to work on and the people you choose to be around compound your growth faster than anything else.
