What motivates you?

I’m extremely bullish on the Indian startup ecosystem and I believe VC is the strongest enabler for the disruptive ideas to manifest into reality. I’m inspired by the founders we meet and becoming a part of their journey motivates me to pursue excellence.

What’s been the steepest learning curve on your career journey so far?

Moving from advising established traditional business as a consultant to backing disruptive startups as an investor has been the steepest learning curve for me.

Which tech trend are you most excited about at the moment and why?

The rapid advancement and adoption of AI is incredibly exciting to me due to its potential to bring transformation across industries and geographies. AI has suddenly become mainstream over the past few years showcasing surprising capabilities such as detecting diseases through medical imaging, new drug discovery, enhancing customer experience via advanced chatbots, enabling autonomous vehicles and much more. Such developments clearly highlight AI’s immense potential to revolutionize various sectors and improve everyday lives.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

Success is not final, failure is not fatal, it is the courage to continue that counts.
