What motivates you?

Contributing to accelerate disruptive innovations in healthcare is my primary aspiration. I have supported many firms across a broad range of healthcare subsectors, functions and themes during my career so far, and have found inefficiencies and huge unmet needs that could be tapped by both scientific and non-scientific innovations. I believe start-ups have the potential to change the world through break-through innovations, to support them is my motivation.

What’s been the steepest learning curve on your career journey so far?

I am always on a steep learning curve as I concertedly try to put myself in such an environment.

If you could give a piece of advice to your younger self, what would it be?

Always be confident, positive but humble as a professional. Respect and motivate colleagues and counterpart.
