What do you like about your job?
The constant need to solve unique challenges, as well as the sense of making a real impact on the business.
What’s been the steepest learning curve of your career so far?
There have been a couple. One was being on assignment in the Netherlands, which was more of a cultural learning curve. The more recent one is the Eight Roads DeltaHealth hospital project, which involves operating in a completely different industry and environment. Having said that, every challenge, no matter how difficult, is an opportunity to learn and grow personally and professionally.
How would you describe the culture and team at Eight Roads?
We are forward thinkers who are looking to make a real difference. We are curious, but pragmatic. We are smart, but humble. We are accomplished individually, but believe in the power of teamwork. We do not compromise on our standards and values and always aim to do the right thing.
If you could give one piece of advice to your 20-year-old self, what would it be?
Every day is a new day.
