Looking back, what’s been the steepest learning curve on your career journey so far?

Probably when I step into the venture capital world at Eight Roads, every working day is a unique day at Eight Roads and there is no such a typical day. There are tremendous opportunities to learn new ideas and technologies from potential start-up companies and we also need to keep up with the latest industry and regulatory changes to be able to advise our internal team and external portfolio companies.

If you could give one piece of advice to your 20-year-old self what would it be?

I would like to quote the great Richard Feynman: “ Don’t regret anything in life. If it’s good, it’s wonderful. If it’s bad, it’s experience! When you win, you win, when you lose, you learn.”

How do you work with our entrepreneurs?

I focus on helping them to implement preventative measures to control various type of risks. If unfortunately, a risk event happens, I sit side by side with them and try to work out a solution.

The information on these pages is intended solely for the benefit of entrepreneurs and businesses seeking venture capital investment. Eight Roads does not offer and is not offering to provide investment advisory services nor is it offering to engage in any transactions in securities.
