Transitioning from academia to the healthcare industry. All my previous experiences before joining IQVIA consulting team were scientific research related. The career path shift led me to a real world with more concrete issues but requires fastly improving my problem solving, analytic thinking, and decision-making skills.

Cell therapy empowered by other biotechnology. With the powerful tools provided by new biotechnology such as gene editing, stem cell, etc. The next generation of cell therapy has great potential to overcome the current challenges we are facing.
