We are please to welcome Irad Dor as a Venture Partner. He is based in Tel Aviv and joins with immediate effect. We see a unique opportunity in Israel, its founders have a deep technological skill set, strong entrepreneurial outlook and their global ambitions match the growing Eight Roads’ platform which now includes offices in China, Europe, Japan, India, Southeast Asia and the US.

Irad will work alongside Eight Roads’ investment team in London, to drive potential investments, develop the Eight Roads network in Israel, and support the existing portfolio. He brings extensive experience from his time as a Director at Singtel Innov8 VC, where he built from scratch and led its Innovation Centre and invested into several prominent Israeli startups. Previously, Irad also held a number of COO, CTO and Product roles in organisations such as P-Cube, NeuStar and Cisco Irad is a graduate of both 8200 and the Army Intelligence Technological Unit and has a Computer Engineering degree from Tel-Aviv University and an MBA from London Business School.
