What motivates you?

The ability to create an impact by working alongside revolutionary companies and passionate entrepreneurs who share an inspiring vision.

What’s been the steepest learning curve on your career journey so far?

Living in three different metro cities in India and working in the dynamic world of PE during my tenure at Bain & Company has taught me to embrace and respond to change. My steepest learning curve so far has been the ability to quickly grasp and assimilate new information in an ever-changing world especially while reviewing a particular company or sector.

Which Indian or global trend are you most excited about at the moment and why?

I am most excited about IoT at the moment. Imagine experiencing a more connected world than the one we live in right now! Especially its impact on the healthcare sector given that Indian health-tech is at a very nascent stage and hence the potential to bring about massive change is quite exciting.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received? Or If you could give a piece of advice to your 20-year-old self, what would it be?

Wait for the right time. This is something one of my mentors once said to me. Belonging to the impatient millennial generation, we sometimes feel it’s a big ask to wait till it feels right. But whether it’s making a life decision or an investment there’s always a right time.
