Looking back, what’s been the steepest learning curve on your career journey so far?
I like to describe my career journey as about solving problems. Maybe it was due to my previous role as a consultant, I had to solve various simple or complex problems from a professional’s point of view. I would say I learnt a great deal from solving the complex ones and it is these challenges that continue to push me forward.
If you could give one piece of advice to your 20-year-old self what would it be?
Take a gap year and travel.
How do you work with our entrepreneurs?
I focus on helping them to implement preventative measures to control certain type of risks. If unfortunately, a risk event happens, I sit side by side with them and try to work out a solution.
