What motivates you?
Making small changes that ultimately add up to something big. It’s often seeing how you have contributed to a piece of work that helps you appreciate and take pride in the end result.
Looking back, what’s been the steepest learning curve on your career journey so far?
Undoubtedly, the journey of setting up and operationalising a hospital (from the ground up) with my family.
If you could give one piece of advice to your 20-year-old self what would it be?
If you’re 20 and confused, you’re probably on the right track. Be easy on yourself and don’t be in a rush.
Which sector or industry trend do you feel most excited about at the moment and why?
Waste management is a critical issue that demands immediate industry as well as personal attention. I think sustainable packaging, cleaner manufacturing practices and use of microbial solutions to manage waste should be areas that nations as well as corporations should be looking into.
