Describe your job at Eight Roads?
My role is to bridge communication. For over two decades, Eight Roads has been making great investments and our team has compelling insights. I help them to tell their stories using different channels, with the goal of sharing our learning and spreading inspiration (while building the brand).
Looking back, what’s been the steepest learning curve on your career journey so far?
Making the switch from being a journalist to working as a communications professional where you have to look at things from a holistic view with all stakeholders in mind.
If you could give one piece of advice to your 20-year-old self what would it be?
Pursue your interests.
How do you work with our entrepreneurs?
Mainly by providing strategic advice on how to build brand and promote their products and services. I also support them on day-to-day work such as media relations.
